Made in college, this footage was originally shot to be the opening of a horror film. But when the project fell apart, I slapped on some titles and twisted it into this mock-PSA. It actually became an award winner, and has played all over the country.

WOOOW! that was really scary – but that wasreally good :)
awesome. just plain awesome. strong message.
This brought back painful, frightening memories of my childhood and what I later did to my own kids, may they forgive me…Children may be ‘resilient’, but they still get hurt by words, and words can shape a life, positively or negatively. I did not see any comedy in this at all. It is the pure painful truth of what does happen to kids around the world.
Great video!
LMAO!! Amazing
The disturbing and scary sometimes truth. It’s good, and your message has been sent out strongly.
Don’t abuse your child.
We were disciplined in that way too, but we did not turn out like the boy in the video. I liked the way you conveyed your message, although the ending is quite disturbing. I still like it though!
i absolutely loved this!
it was hilarious yet scary yet a good message lol.
bravo!
Wowzers, it sends a strong message. But a lil’ disturbing.
Quite scary and disturbing. Has this happened in real life? Possibly…
This is a disturbing video, but not in a way that makes you think, not in a gratuitous way. The best art evokes a strong emotion, and this video has for everyone commenting.
I think the beginning it’s brilliant. So emocional that gets you under the kid’s skin so purely. To me the most dramatical part comes when thinking about the mather’s reaction who’s somehow trying to stop situation; how the kid must be thinking of all that (’cause of course he is a kid, he doesn’t understand) and suddlenly he throws the ball at his father’s head. That is so relieving. Somehow I would have loved the story to have a better peacefull and rational ending but of course it is a Parental behaviors gide :D maybe that is the only way that kinda people understand.
I have loved it but kids! there is another way believe me!!
Haha oh goodness, strong message but I think the lawn mower took it a bit too far for me.. Oh, that child was a really good actor!
Wow…just wow. This is a really well done video…not as funny as your other vids, but still. Nice message btw.
Read the facts in the world about child abuse….It is very sad…. And it happens more and more often….. How could someone say “keep it…” They mean : no video – no problem? weird….
haha lol
Wow. Now when anybody i know disciplines they’re child physically then i’ll show them this video. XD Well anyway good video, a lil disturbing but very true!
kind of disturbing but it sends a message. im a producer myself so i applaud your idea. its very out-there. in a good way.
I don’t really think it’s much of a comedy but it is a great video regardless. People shouldn’t be asking you to keep it to yourself it’s their choice whether they watch it or not. It’s really sad that this could actually happen
the ending is really weird..
i expected the kid to run away.
it’s great (:
Is it wrong that I laughed like a little girl at this? Even think of making the original film?
very scary, good messsage!
This is powerful!
This is great. There should be a part two.
I think it’s quite odd that someone would ask for this video not to be shared. It makes a good point, very strongly. I understand it is meant as a comedy, but you are seeing a logical reaction. Most people will become afraid, but some do turn on their authorities when backed into a wall. This kid did what made sense in his position, he had no reason to have love for the ones who raised him, being treated like that.
This is a video you should keep to yourself. Its very disturbing.
wow disturbing and that lawn mower had hydrolics lol
I am disgusted at this video…no matter where it came from
Tragically vindicating and very disturbing.
o.k., this shows how one thing leads to the other, very scary true
oh. my. gosh. this message is so strong. i love it.
